We need just 2 meetings with you (the meetings are typically less than 2 hours each) to gather information, answer questions and present and notarize your personalized Estate Planning portfolio. In addition to our meetings, you'll receive a phone call from our paralegal prior to preparing your documents. Our documents are authored by an Estate Planning Attorney with over 35 years experience, so there is no compromise on quality.
We travel to you
You'll receive two appointments with one of our representatives, which are typically about two weeks apart. We travel to meet our clients in their homes or offices so we can discuss sensitive matters in private and make it even more convenient for you. Prior to the first appointment, we ask you to consider the questions on our Client Preparation form.
Often times, the questions on this form are the items that may require some discussion and/or contemplation prior to our first meeting, however, there will be discussion on other items in addition to what you see on the form.
During our first appointment we will show you our Estate Planning Portfolio, answer any questions you may have and provide a thorough explanation of each document. This meeting typically lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours. At this meeting we will schedule a convenient time for you to talk with our Certified Legal Document Preparer so she can confirm your information prior to preparing your documents. If you require a meeting or a phone conference with our attorney, that can be arranged as well.
We pass the information we've gathered from you on to our Certified Legal Document Preparer. Once you have completed your scheduled call with her, your estate planning documents are prepared including a...
During the second appointment, we will review the Estate Planning binder with you and sign and notarize your documents (we will provide the notary). We'll assist you with funding your Real Property (in the state of Arizona). Again, this meeting typically lasts from 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Before, during and even after the process, we are readily available to answer questions by phone or via email. We pride ourselves in building strong relationships; we strive to keep clients informed and always have your best interests at heart.
